Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that a return is requested no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, the item(s) are no longer eligible for return. To request a return, please email excesslovestore@gmail.com.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and label costs. Excess Love Store is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Contact your local USPS to file a claim in such circumstances.

To ensure returns are promptly processed, please include the order number with your items.

Item(s) showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. Excess Love Store is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to not following proper washing instructions. We recommend all shirts be washed cold on gentle cycle and air dried.

 

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

After returns have been inspected for wear or use, refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase within seven business days. Please note that your bank or financial institution is ultimately responsible for crediting your account once we approve a refund.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY(if applicable):

We do not process online exchanges.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@excesslovestore.com.
